Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Zone Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item or cancel an order, please review our policies below:

1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours or before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and the standard return process will apply.

2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method via PayFast. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect.
